Despite adoption of sensor technology and continuous glucose monitoring in the diabetes marketplace, there still existed a level of misconception and misunderstanding about sensing technology. Dexcom needed a way to demystify, clarify, and simplify how its potential customers learned about their technology and product.


Parero created the “Detect & Direct” integrated campaign that consisted of a sizzle video, an online sales application, and an in-office patient education piece. The client was happy to report that they were effective in achieving that “a-ha” moment from customers when learning about Dexcom continuous glucose monitoring.
